Tour Routes

There’s no better way to explore Ubud than through its rich cultural heritage. This walk is an introduction to the history of Ubud and is perfect for first-timers in Bali. We reveal how the Balinese navigated the last 100 years, and how they’ve tapped into their culture to become a hub for traditional and contemporary spiritual practices.

Special Event

In a short distance from Ubud lies the historic village of Pejeng, where time appears to stand still, and the ancient wonders of Bali come alive. This unique walking tour takes guests to sacred temple courtyards, revealing artifacts seldom seen by tourists. Uncover the fascinating stories behind these archaeological treasures all within the span of two hours.

Special Event

Ubud’s most distinctive landmarks, the Royal Palace and Saraswati Temple, are the enduring legacy of Bali’s greatest artist, I Gusti Nyoman Lempad. The signature courtyards that line Ubud’s villages all speak to his influence. On this walk, we’ll explore signs of Lempad’s lingering presence in his temples, sculptures and drawings followed by high tea at lbah.
