As a participant in a Story Walks tour it is your responsibility to determine your own level of health and fitness before booking with Ubud Story Walks. If you have any concerns, please seek medical advice before booking your tour. Ubud Story Walks is not liable for participants’ health problems—including, but not limited to, pre-existing conditions and those that may develop during a tour. In the case of a medical emergency we will try our best to support, however, Ubud Story Walks accepts no responsibility for the expenses incurred or for any resulting negative effect to your health.

By paying for a tour booking, the participant certifies that he or she does not have a condition or disability that would endanger him or herself, as well as any other participants signed up for the tour. The participant also recognizes that the health care standards, facilities and services in Indonesia may be different or inadequate for the treatment of certain health conditions. Ubud Story Walks makes no representations of warranties and disclaims any made regarding special accommodations or handicap accessibility on any tour. Ubud Story Walks reserves the right to decline accepting or hosting any participant whose health or actions, in Ubud Story Walks sole judgment, disrupt the operation of a tour or the welfare of fellow participants.

By booking with Ubud Story Walks, you release Ubud Story Walks and its employees, agents, licensees and other representatives from all cost, liability, loss or damage incurred or suffered by you directly or indirectly during the course of the tour and resulting from your personal injury, illness or death or damage to or loss of your property. You give up any claims against Ubud Story Walks and its employees and you agree not to make any claim against or seek compensation from Ubud Story Walks and its employees in respect to any personal injury, illness or death suffered by you or damage to or loss of property incurred by you as a consequence of your participation in the excursion.

You acknowledge and agree that Ubud Story Walks does not own or manage any of the facilities or suppliers of accommodations and services for your trip. Each individual tour participant agrees that Ubud Story Walks and its representatives shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to contractor providing services to Ubud Story Walks and its participants.

Ubud Story Walks and its representatives are exempt from any costs or liability due to civil unrest, labor disputes, war or threat of war, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, weather, theft, fire, or illness or any other cause beyond their control.

Ubud Story Walks and its representatives reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a participant of a Story Walks tour.

Ubud Story Walks and its representatives reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason or to change itineraries and/or substitute services of equal or greater value without prior notice.

You are responsible for complying with the rules and laws of the localities while traveling with Ubud Story Walks or participating in activities arranged by Ubud Story Walks or any of its agents or partners. The rights and privacy of fellow Story Walks participants must be respected while on tour. We reserve the right to suspend you before or during any program if we judge your participation may jeopardize the safety or wellbeing of others.

By participating in Ubud Story Walks activities, you affirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Waiver and Release of Liability.
